The Austin School of Music is more than just a place to receive the best private instruction available. Our instructors are world-class performers who are committed to developing each students potential and to showing them how rewarding music can be. We emphasize ensemble playing, improvisation, composition, sight-reading, music theory and recording technology. We at ASM enjoy being a part of the wonderful tradition for which our city is known but we also believe in helping others through education so that Austin will always be deserving of the title,
